Speedflirt - Terms and Conditions

Speedflirt Ltd. and Speedflirt.co.uk (hereinafter "Speedflirt") provide a way for adults to meet each other. This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Speedflirt. Please read the Agreement carefully before registering for Speedflirt. By registering for Speedflirt, you become a Member of Speedflirt and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not register for Speedflirt. The terms are subject to change by Speedflirt at any time, effective upon notice to you.

MINORS MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS. By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Either you or Speedflirt may terminate your Speedflirt membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending electronic notice to the other party. Speedflirt reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to Speedflirt, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to Speedflirt's attention.

Your membership in the Speedflirt service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

You are responsible for logging out if your computer is accessible to others. This prevents any unauthorized access.

ONLINE CONDUCT. As a Member, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on Speedflirt, or transmit to other Speedflirt Members.
You will not post on Speedflirt, or transmit to other Speedflirt Members or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
You will use Speedflirt in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through Speedflirt.
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Speedflirt Members.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER: You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Speedflirt, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Speedflirt service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

REGISTRATION: You are now submitting a registration for a Speedflirt.

RULES FOR CONFIRMING ATTENDEES:

Everyone starts on the waiting list.
Speedflirt needs a confirmation of a certain number of participants for an event to be held.
Once the appropriate number of people has been reached, Speedflirt emails a confirmation to every participant.
Speedflirt confirms attendees on a first-come first-served basis.
Speedflirt confirms all attendees within 24 hours prior to the Event.

RULES FOR CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD:

If you are on the waiting list your credit card will not be charged.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL SPEEDFLIRT SENDS YOU AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING YOUR ADMISSION.
If you register within 24 hours of an Event and a space becomes available then Speedflirt will automatically confirm you and charge your credit card.
Once Speedflirt emails your confirmation, to the email address you provided in your registration form, your credit card will be charged, and refunds are not possible.
Because people register up to the day of the Event, you will remain on the waiting list unless Speedflirt is able to confirm you. To find out your status for the event, please log on www.speedflirt.co.uk.
If you are registering within 24 hours of an event, Speedflirt reserves the right to confirm you and charge your credit card, assuming there is a person of the opposite sex on the waiting list.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION:

You may cancel a reservation 24 hours before the start date and time of an event IF YOU ARE STILL ON THE WAITING LIST, by sending an email to customerservice@speedflirt.co.uk
Once you have cancelled, Speedflirt will not confirm you and your credit card will not be charged.
No refunds are provided if you do not show up, or for any other reason, except if we cancel or change an event.
We reserve the right to cancel any event and will provide a full refund (but no other compensation) in this unlikely case.
If expected numbers differ significantly from that that a venue can hold, or if the venue cancels on us, we reserve the right to move the event to another location of similar standard. Any venue change will be given with a minimum of one weeks notice and will be within walking distance of the original venue. Refunds will be given should you not wish to attend this alternative venue.

ONLINE CONTENT:

Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through Speedflirt, but not directly by Speedflirt, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. Speedflirt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by parties other than Speedflirt. Under no circumstances will Speedflirt be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on the Speedflirt website or transmitted to Speedflirt members.

WARNING - PLEASE READ THIS:

It is possible that other Speedflirt Members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the Speedflirt service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. Speedflirt is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you disclose on the Service. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the Speedflirt service or release to others.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:

Speedflirt owns and retains other proprietary rights in all services offered by Speedflirt. Speedflirt contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Speedflirt, its licensors and licensees. In addition, other Members may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

By posting information or content to any public area of Speedflirt, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Speedflirt and other Speedflirt Members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorise sub-licenses of the foregoing.

INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBER:

Speedflirt will keep confidential all information supplied by you to Speedflirt, including credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law. Please see Privacy Statement for more detailed information concerning confidentiality.

COMPLAINTS:

To resolve a complaint regarding the Speedflirt service, you should first contact Speedflirt by clicking on the "Contact Us" link or via email to customerservice@speedflirt.co.uk.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

Speedflirt provides service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, statutory, in any communication with Speedflirt or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the service. Speedflirt specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Speedflirt does not warrant that your use of the Speedflirt service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the service will be corrected. Speedflirt disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, connectivity and availability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

In no event will Speedflirt be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use Speedflirt, even if Speedflirt or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or to any person other than you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Speedflirt's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Speedflirt for the service during the term of membership.

Speedflirt does not screen the members registering for services offered by Speedflirt in any way. As a result Speedflirt will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of this service, including, without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members of this service, or introduced to you via this service. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort. Speedflirt asks all prospective participants if they are single. But Speedflirt does not verify this information. Therefore, Speedflirt is not liable for the integrity of statements made by members as to their marital status and general background. It is incumbent and advised upon the user to verify any and all information relating to but not limited to this subject. It is advised to check references of any member.

Each attendee assumes full responsibility, and holds Speedflirt harmless against any damages resulting from any contact with individuals during or after Speedflirt sponsored or non-sponsored activities and events. In addition, Events' Organisers and their Assistants may be Independent Contractors. Attendee agrees to release Speedflirt from any claims arising from actions taken by Events' Organizers, Assistants, Affiliates, or the Venue in which the Event takes place. Thus, you agree to waive any and all liability against Speedflirt, the Venue that the Event is held at, any sponsors associated with the Event or our Company, and/or all staff members associated with Speedflirt.

When participating in a Speedflirt, you are giving permission to Speedflirt to forward your username to any participants whom you have mutual interest with (when both parties score a "yes" for each other, indicating that they would like to be in contact again). Speedflirt will not forward your username to anyone other than people in attendance at the Event, without your prior permission.

INVITE A FRIEND POLICY:

Any discount received applies for one person only. Any discount is valid until the date shown on the offer and can never exceed one year. No cash or credit back can be claimed. No discount is valid on prior purchases. Discounts may not be combined with other or prior discounts.

PRESS COVERAGE:

Speedflirt reserves the right to invite media to attend parties and events, and participants assume responsibility to inform media personnel at the Event of their desire to be included or avoided in media coverage.
